About Dr. Cailin O’Hara
Doctor of Chinese Medicine, DACM, LAc, Dipl OM
ADVISOR | CATALYST | STRATEGIST
Since 2014, Dr. Cailin O’Hara has guided patients and clients through transformation across a wide spectrum—health, achievement, relationships, career, and fundamentally, self.
A nationally board-certified Doctor of Chinese Medicine, former private practice owner, and trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives, she brings a rare synthesis of lived experience, emotional intelligence, strategic clarity, and intuitive precision.
At its core, her work is devoted to the process of self-actualization- honoring and becoming more of who and what we truly are - not only as the basis of authentic success, but for its profound and positive impacts on the world as we know it.
I work with people at the edges of their becoming.
I do this work because I revere the edges. I’m fascinated by the potential of our growth, and I have a natural propensity to foster it in others to the extent that I’ve devoted my entire career to it.
I see edges as the places within ourselves, our lives and even the collective where we are on the precipice of change- we need a breakthrough, a new answer, and probably a good bit of bravery… because change, transition and the unknown tend to freak a lot of us out. Deeply. Even if we want it and think we’re ready.
And I’m here for all of it- the ups and downs, the seemingly unanswerable questions, the things that feel like problems but open us to new trajectories we couldn’t have imagined possible. I absolutely love being on that edge with a client, for example, as we’re both discovering the clarity, the door opening, the YES, and the eventual next steps that move things forward.
I’ve also lived up against my own edges quite intensely and long enough to know their pain, their brilliance, and their beauty. I marvel at where it’s led me, even when I didn’t think I had the courage or capacity to move through it. In fact, at the time, I usually didn’t. And that’s where the growth would happen.
So here’s to you- on the leading edge of your own evolution and for the legacy it will bring to our world.

regular life and background
When not working, Cailin is hanging out with her fiancé, exploring in nature and otherwise probably deep in thought about some next new idea or revelation.
Originally from the East Coast, she later spent a decade in Portland, Oregon, and eventually settled in Arizona where she founded her private practice and now operates REVEL.
Her first passion was songwriting and music, leading her to major in it (and opera) in college. She gradually changed gears toward the social sciences to potentially pursue psychology. However, a series of challenging health issues fatefully redirected her path. When Chinese medicine and acupuncture proved the most effective treatments for her, she decided to become a practitioner herself.
Her career naturally unfolded to specialize in mental health, but to her surprise, she developed a huge passion for successful and healthy entrepreneurship. Over time, she expanded her work to include business coaching and consulting. She eventually closed her private practice and built REVEL as the most dialed in, authentic and potent offering she could imagine. And here we are.
